further inspection. This 100% Cabernet has a supple texture in the
mouth delivering a velvety body with elegant tannins.
Hints of cassis flow through a tannin structure that is both well-defined
and incredibly smooth. Red currants eventually give way to a
concentrated black cherry pie filling which balances beautifully with
the lingering of nutty vanilla on the finish.
Barrel aged for 18 months in 100% French oak with 40% new oak
presents a fantastic expression of the fruit and structure, providing
